The experience is great. The fabrics were a little smelly and damp from the previous session. It was a little distracting trying to do deep breaths with the fabric that close and I had to continue to refocus on ignoring the fact that this may be very unsanitary.
The studio, vibe and the instructor Amy was amazing. I felt comfortable and she worked with everyone one on one. My sister is a member and she invited me to the Flow and Yoda class. I had a powerful and emotional experience. I couldn't stop smiling and it strengthened our sibling bond. It created a memory that will last a lifetime. I hope to come back soon I'm hooked. Thank you
The instructor Rachael was amazing! So patient and clear with instructions. It was a fun workout and different than anything I've done before.
