It was beginner friendly, but still a challenging class. The instructor was very clear with directions and encouraging
All the studio staff were very professional, kind, and accommodating. Sarah patiently answered all my questions over the phone, and genuinely seemed excited for new students to try an intro lesson. The studio was well-laid out. Ruby, our instructor, was warm and patient with newbies. I felt safe even though it was the first time trying AIR and I was upside down on the first lesson! I think I'm hooked!
Amazing instructor, this class was challenging but everyone at every level was able to participate and work hard. She made class fun as well as a great workout.
