The classes are so much fun. A great workout while having fun and pushing yourself to new limits. The atmosphere is so awesome, so welcoming and comfortable while still pushing you out of your comfort zone!

This was my first time doing any sort of aerial class. My girlfriends and I absolutely loved it. We felt like we got a great workout and a fun experience. Ellie, the instructor, was so sweet and amazing at what she did. She took her time to explain the moves to the newbies! After the class, she showed us all a new aerial pose, allowed us to hang out, and even take photos. Definitely recommend!
