Ellie our instructor was fantastic and made the class so fun!! Everyone had different levels of fitness but it didn't matter she made the class work for everyone regardless of how good they were.

We booked a private group of 4, girls trip of healthy and fit but older women, who wanted to try aerial yoga. Gabby our instructor, was great. She explained the different moves well, demonstrated and did corrections. Very sweet and gave us the perfect level workout. Steph the owner, was quite helpful getting a class set up for us, as we were mostly from out of town and trying to manage weather delayed arrivals. The facility was clean. The website had clear information. Would do it again! So fun!
