The people in the class and the instructor were very helpful. I explained it was my first time attending and they were very informative and explained to me what I needed to do to get ready for the class. Besides that the class was super fun and I got a great workout from it. I will be attending again.

The focus was on FUN! Mary explained the positioning well, recognized the strengths in the class, and ensured that members of the class were understanding and assisted in a manner that did not single out embarrassingly. She showed modifications and allowed for personal changes as well. Mary was enthusiastic and encouraging. There was also time for people to take pictures and ask us to share. It was challenging and fun! I'll admit I am a little sore after a day! It was a blast. I shared in SM, and in less than 2 hours, there were over 165 likes! So I hope you can get more business. The whole experience. This company is top notch. From the friendliness and experience of the staff, the owner is very much involved. Everything about it makes you feel welcome. Which working out as a woman, sometimes can be intimidating, but not at this place, they celebrate everyone that comes in, no matter at what level. You leave, feeling uplifted & empowered. Which is something we all need in life. I highly recommend this business to anyone.
