I'm a very active person and besides snowboarding, I've never found so much fun/joy in a workout before!!! Awesome atmosphere, great music, love the flow of the class and workouts we did through out class, not only was the instructor friendly but the class itself works as a whole to encourage and help each other through class, I love that there was always modifications for each workout depending on what level you are, couldn't stop smiling just super fun and great work out, you deff break a sweat!
