The class was fun but challenging. I have already recommended you to my friends. I would say that the initial sign up process was confusing and if I was not set on coming to the class I would have given up. Ot would be helpful to have an FAQ that walks customers through the process and let them know that its necessary to set up an account before trying to sign up for a class. Provide more clarity around the sign up process online without using the app.
