My kids Adored the class and their teacher! It was the perfect class for my children with ADHD - it helps them to get out a ton of energy! I also went to a couple of classes - so great and energizing! Thank you!!!

Air is a really unique, engaging form of exercise. I like that it introduces my kids to concepts of stretching and yoga, and lets them discover the power of their bodies to move in different ways. It's also just pure fun for them.

My daughter is autistic and she's doing the sensory swing class. The teacher, Ms. Shannon, is amazing with her and all the kids in the class! Not only does my daughter have a fun time with other kids, I'm able to drop her off and know she's in EXCELLENT hands! It means so much to me to have a class like this for her! ❤️
