• From the moment I walked in the door a miss Dempsey welcomes me me with a warm smile and a friendly hello . I was asked if I would like something to drink . My stylist Nikki took me right away . Nikki was very professional and personal throughout my entire treatment . She asked me what I wanted and she did exactly that . I wish there was a studio in Chicago I would be there all the time . I will be back next time I am in Naples . See you in September . Fantastic

• Walked in for my appointment and was seen immediately. No wait time. The stylist asked me what I wanted done and if heat was okay for my hair. She understood what needed to be done for my hair type. Great wash, blow and straighten. Was offered drinks twice, given a shoulder massage. Felt very welcomed.
