The physical therapist was very knowledgeable and knew exactly which muscle was being affected by different movements. He was able to tell me what I could do to improve my balance and strengthen my inner core. My last PT just wanted to hook me up to a tens unit And gave me little to no instructions on how I could improve on my own at home.
