First, the administrative team is fabulous. They make scheduling, check-in/check-out easy, and always with a smile + positive energy. I've had sessions with Steven and Yuriko (Yuriko covered on a day that Steven wasn't in). They are professional, friendly, attentive, listen to my input and concerns, and have provided good strengthening, balance and stretching exercises during my in person sessions and for me to do at home which have helped me make good progress. I've only had 4 sessions and I'm feeling that my ankle is getting stronger every day. Woohoo! Thank you.
