I had a pulled muscle near my ribs. And rather than do a regular massage I tried aim for the first time. The Therapist took time to learn what I was talking about and compartmentalized my muscles, which I've never experienced before. So He worked around the tender area to loosen the surrounding muscles , which made all the difference instead of going right into the tender muscle. I'm already feeling better! Will be back next week!
