Steven Zakai, one of the AIM PTs, has been working with me for my plantar fasciitis. Steven is an excellent PT; he is very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and motivating. Without really pushing, Steven successfully encourages me to routinely do the very effective exercise program he has created for me. In addition, he uses our time together very productively, and he routinely assesses my needs and adjusts my exercise regimen. Through Steven's pt work with me and his guidance, my fasciitis is slowly improving. I had feared that this fasciitis would be a chronic problem, but thanks to Steven, I can see steady improvement and feel reassured that this will not be a chronic problem! Finally, Erica and Dulce, AIM's front office administrators, are another reason that I gave my experience at AIM a 10. Both Erica and Dulce are incredibly helpful and effective and always offer a smile. I look forward to seeing each of them on my appointment days! My experience at AIM has been nothing but positive, and I look forward to continuing working with Steven.
