Michael does a great job. He is very effective and thorough. My score is based on Michael. However, I am asked by the person sitting at the reception desk almost every time if I am 65. They assume I'm eligible for the senior discount. I am not. It would be most helpful if someone in your IT department would update the customer profile information to include some type of automated discount if the client is 65 when their payment info is entered, since you already have the client's birthday info. Your employees don't show a lot of grace to people with gray hair or who appear older. I was told by the person accepting my payment the other day that they assumed I was 65 because of my hair color. Please train your employees to be a little more considerate.
