My massage was excellent, my girlfriends (we made identical appointments for Valentine's Day) was simply just ok. Her massager cut her massage 10 minutes short of what we paid for; and she rushed out of the building with her coat and purse before we had even made it to the checkout counter. I did not give a 10 because I feel as though the quality between therapists was drastic
