He knew exactly what I needed after expressing my concerns to ease the pain I was experiencing. This was in no means a relaxing massage but he knowledgeable and knew the massage I needed. He listened to me, explained the reasoning for the NMT in my situation being the best fit and then afterwards gave me exercises I could do based on my area of concern. Would highly recommended and don't think I will ever go anywhere else. He was very personable and did awesome talking me through the discomfort this specific massage may cause.
