I really liked Gaia. I felt like she had just the right rhythm and pacing. I liked the imagery that she used. She was very welcoming and offered alterations to the poses in ways that were supportive and challenging at the same time. Would be great to have her back.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. I felt I could be a beginner in the class without issue. Went to the Sound Bath with Julian as well and that was good.
