Every yoga class I have taken at Ahimsa has been very beneficial and challenging at the same time. The teachers are knowledgable and take the time to assess the level of the students in the class. I would highly recommend this yoga studio.

I love everything about Ahimsa Oak Park. The atmosphere is great -- friendly, down to earth, and a great balance of lightness and reverence. A fantastic range of classes - Kim Wade's classes are my faves, but there are SO MANY GREAT CLASSES and teachers. I do Masin's Restorative classes whenever I can. Love it here.
