Ahimsa is a fun and safe yoga studio for all types of levels. The instructors do an amazing job inspiring their students to listen to their bodies and that they are worthy. Empowerment as well a supportive community is what Ahimsa is all about. This studio offers multiple classes, workshops and learning opportunities for self growth to their members. Highlights- All of the instructors have been great. Each bring a uniqueness to the class. The studio is clean and inviting and has a wide range of class times- which works with my sometimes unpredictable schedule.
