Because Ahimsa Berwyn is a small and welcoming space and the instructor had a perfect balance between guiding and quietly supporting. She took time to answer questions afterwards and met each student where they were in the practice.

I love that we are encouraged to be heavy, spread out, and stick our booties in the air. :-) Honestly, the only thing I could suggest for improvement is open a studio in St Louis. I'm going to miss y'all.
