Every class I go to is different but each has been the right combination of supportive for beginners like me, adaptable for long term practitioners, and welcoming for all. There isn't a "tribe vibe" or any kind of ability hierarchy that I can perceive. Instructors all seem to be able to meet you where you are and although there are a lot of people, help you adjust to your own practice as needed. Also, the space and props are in good shape. It makes a difference!
