Instructors are very clear in explaining positions (why/how)and small adjustments that make a big difference. All without interrupting the class feel and flow. I feel very respected and valued. They seem quite committed to giving members a positive experience rather than just going through the motions, as I have experienced at some other exercise/yoga studios. One question- do you ever wash yoga blankets? I know it would be a big job, but there's a lot of sweating going on...Just a thought. I love the studio and joining is the best thing I've done for myself in a very long time. Carol Huck
