It was my first visit to the studio and the registration and payment process was quick and easy. The room was full but the teacher greeted us, recognizing that we were "newbies." The level of the class was exactly as advertised. The only, slight drawback was the bass thump-thumping from the studio next door. It made it difficult to relax in savasana.
