The virtual classes are great. I have so many more opportunities to take classes and learn yoga. It is a wonderful way to enhance my yoga life. Lauren is one of the wonderful teachers I have been able to workout with due to the virtual classes. She is great and a wonderful teacher and addition to my yoga lifestyle.
