I love Ahimsa and have been practicing here for a couple of years. I've been practicing mostly online in the last year and look forward to getting some in person back on my schedule to check out the new studio! I love all the instructors with special call outs to Julie, Christine, Lilamayi, and Lauren. I'm a return practitioner with these ladies' classes.
