I really enjoyed the Soul Farm retreat for the company of good people, high quality of the accomodations and the teaching. It jump started my interest in things that I would like to practice more like pranayama. It was also great to do yoga outdoors. Also, Judy at Soul Farm when out of her way to do a GF option for me and shared her knowledge of her horses.
