Gloria was absolutely amazingly!! She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. In addition her skin looked fantastic. She was able to talk through the various procedures & products from both a medical/technical perspective and from experience. It made me feel informed and confident about the procedures and products I selected with realistic expectations and manageable concerns. The rest of the staff was courteous and professional and the location clean and tranquil.
