Cause the no pressure sales tactics, (for me, I despise those tactics but as a biz owner I know they r a must but they didn't at all come across as pushy.), Dawn's effort with the tour of the office and her explanations and welcome smile and also based upon the feeling that Sevon took care of my face as if it were her own.
