I loved the treatment and the result, Nathalie was great and professional. Loved Veronica for being incredibly skilled at handing needles & blood since I had some bad experience more than once. Also loved my consultation with Down and all of her tips about skincare.

The staff, including aesthetician Lissette were very informative and welcoming. They explained everything I needed to know about the lasers and reassurred me that I can take time to consider all options before scheduling. They were not pushy and kept everything very professional!
