Office is attractive and clean. Technician was wonderful. Other staff is good too. I scored 9 because it was my first laser appointment. Can't tell whether hair removal will be successful after only one appointment

Especially the way you take care of your returning customer by offering a good incentives and deals on treatments. Aesthetic monthly deals and offers. Customer service. I keep coming back. I live in Chicago, but rather go to Hinsdale to get my treatments!!
