• Henry was a perfectionist!!! I live in San Francisco and come out here for medical care for my baby. Every time we come back I will be coming in for my nails too from now on. I also appreciated that you didn't over-accept walk ins. Some salons take EVERY walk in on top of appointments and then everyone is rushed and you didn't do that. In fact, this meant I couldn't walk in and get my nails done, and had to make an appointment! Looking forward to adding on a pedicure next time. See you in June, thank you!

• There were no walkins available. I was turned away the first time and came back. I also witnessed all walkins that day be turned away. This is not a good model for building relationships with new customers. I would offer a $5 Claire or something for each customer that gets turned away for hours or the entire day.
