• Our service providers, Zack and Katie, were fabulous! They were attentive, communicative, responsive, and welcoming. They were also clearly very skilled at their craft, and we could tell they went above and beyond. We were in a state of deep relaxation and rest throughout and once the services were complete. Our enhancements were a perfect addition to the massages! We truly feel we got the best service from Katie and Zack. ❤️ We would recommend updating the decor in the resting area. You may also want to consider assigning lockers that are side by side instead of above and below when two people come in together. We had lockers above and below each other which made it clunky to access our lockers at the same time. It would have been helpful to have a call ahead of our appointment to make sure we knew what we were going to experience and to make sure we had booked all of the correct services. This is a tricky aspect of online booking for those who have never been. We also suggest creating clearer signage for getting to the spa for those not staying at the hotel.
