• There are probably a good many spas that provide good service. Adara spa's services in my opinion were above and beyond good; exceptional is the word I would use. We received exceptional service in spite of the fact that the Spa experienced a particularly challenging morning. In challenging moments, Adara rose to the top. Because of earlier challenges, they were running behind and thus our services started later than scheduled. Sunny immediately apologized and explained what happened. She continued to apologize and provided an accommodation that was not asked for and totally unnecessary. I believe its easy to be good when things go well. The best are good all the time, even when things are going wrong. Adara hit all the marks. One final note, their COVID protocols were outstanding!
