Adapt has helped me get through the hard parts of MS by the stretching and strengthening exercises. The trainers are empathetic and clearly want to help me and the other members.
Adapt is a great place to work on your body and mind. Jake does a great job working with me to get me healthy. Sam does the other parts of my body and the massages are wonderful. I look forward to when the hours will go past five. This is a problem with me working. I have 4 charged no shows and that realty hurts, $500.I have had to reduce the amount of time I work because of this issue. Please keep up the good work. And Sheryl thanks all you help setting up the schedule and making sure everything is running.
