By coming to Adapt, I have been able to manage my MS symptoms much better than I could do on my own. I suffer from severe chronic pain in my back, and the flexibility I have been able to achieve through coming to Adapt has helped my pain in a big way. The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be around.
