Quality of the space, equipment, geared for people with spinal cord, entries, and great staff

I always feel comfortable and safe but challenged. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is always clean and there is enough space to move around in there without having to worry about obstacles.
Staff and members at adapt make it a very motivating place to workout and meet others dealing with the same injuries.
