Being a shy quiet person at the best of times I was very anxious to get started at the gym and join an already well established crew. However the members I have met so far have all been more than welcoming and most importantly for me - encouraging. I feel this is a reflection off the ACTV staff and the culture they implement in the gym. My friends and family can't shut me up about the ACTV sessions, it makes a world of difference to my overall headspace starting my day there. Love it 👌🏽
