Upon my first visit, I was greeted in a friendly manner, introduced to the team and was taken through programming, structure, and layout. I felt highly supported and motivated by the trainers. I found the staff to be highly knowledgeable and helpful with questions, and answers. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, support, and encouragement from the awesome ACTV team that I received throughout my first visit!
