I love working out at Actualize! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The gym equipment is functional and well maintained. The atmosphere is one of support and kindness. I like knowing that the programming is designed for full body strength and performance, including building and maintaining safe practices and barring injury.

I have felt nothing but encouragement from the start! I love the hands on training. The trainers work with you where you are-at any skill level. They personalize the workouts when you have limitations. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome from the very beginning!

The trainers had genuine relationships with the clients and wealth of knowledge that I couldn't find elsewhere in the area. The quality of the facility and the detail of the programming was incredible. I like to know exactly why things are good for me and the trainers always provided detailed explanations that we're still exciting. Everything I learned stuck and I didn't feel like I was doing the exercises "because they said". Although I can't train currently, I always recommend Actualize to anyone who asks me about my training.
