Actualize has created such a fun, encouraging, and motivating environment. In the past, I have typically gone to the gym by myself, didn't want to be seen by anyone, wanted to keep to myself, and struggled to motivate myself to work hard. At Actualize, I get excited to go to the gym and see and work out with everyone there. They motivate me to work harder and I don't feel self-conscious. Everyone there feels like family.
