When I walk in to the GYM it is always clean including the bathrooms. The trainers are friendly and they pay good attention making sure that I'm exercising properly. Also they give me good guidance and instructions through verbalization and demonstration. Also I feel encouraged every time I observe the trainers as they exercise.
