What a joy to find a new health support option! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Liza is great--positive and helpful! Julie gave me the bodywork that I was hoping for--she is knowledgeable and communicative in a focused and professional manner. Very keen. Great office space! I did have trouble finding it without having exterior signage--thanks to Liza for coming down to find me! I will definitely be back!

Immediate release of pain following massage. Really enjoyed the how Fabian explained what he was doing, why certain areas where hurting, what causes that, and how to prevent it.
