Active Core has the most accomplished Therapists I've ever worked with. They use a whole body approach to finding which muscles were not working properly and targeted them with exercises that worked. This was my first exposure to the Red Cord System and in muscle/brain activation theory. I'm so very pleased with my continued mobility improvement.
