• Everyone was very friendly. Atmosphere was nice. If I had to pick anything to rate lower I'd suggest that they suggest to clients to keep TV volume low. It was loud it the one area as the associates were having to talk over it. Not very relaxing to the rest of us. The other drawback was being asked if I wanted to tip the person who inserted IV. When I go to donate blood or get bloodwork I wouldn't tip them. It almost like anyone who does anything for you expects a tip.
