• Tony (I think was her name) was fantastic. I'm a hard stick and she managed to get me on her third attempt. While that might seem like "a lot" for someone with good veins, that's a small amount for me. She was very kind and professional even if she was frustrated. The woman working up front was also very kind and had a great personality. I did not catch her name unfortunately.
