Our Yoga Therapy sessions are led by licensed massage therapists who are also certified yoga therapists through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). These one-on-one sessions are tailored to address your specific health concerns, physical limitations, or personal wellness goals using the tools and principles of yoga.

Unlike a group yoga class, this is a personalized experience. Your therapist will guide you through customized postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindful movement based on your condition, experience level, and what’s most supportive for your body. Whether the focus is on gentle stretching, strength building, pain management, or stress relief, each session is adapted to meet you where you are.

Yoga flow teacher training for the mystical minded
