• I love the ladies in the IV room. They have been seeing me for the last 9 months and my recovery from Covid-19. I feel so blessed by their caring spirit and their kindness! They are some generous ladies with great memories!

• Well I supposed that it is because we are never certain what will help one over another??? As far as staff and protocols it is an 10 and rating effectiveness may be harder. 9/10 about how affective has to be pretty good!
