• I have been a client at Abundant Health Day Spa for over 10 years. I have tried other spas in the areas, but the service here is unparalleled. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff is warm and welcoming. You walk through the doors, and your stress melts away. One of the greatest gifts life has bestowed is my LMT, Sadako. She is kind, attentive, caring, professional, and the absolute BEST at her job. Whenever my family, friends or coworkers need a massage, I refer them to her. I highly recommend Sadako as well as Abundant Health Day Spa, as it is always a great experience.

• We (my husband and I) came from Winter Park for the day to get away and relax! We found Abundant Health online and from its great reviews decided to book our massages there. We both loved our massages! Katie and Lynn were very professional and talented at their craft! We both left feeling very relaxed. We will definitely be back!
