• They massage was every bit a 10. And the neck wrap was a very welcome extra especially on a rainy day. However I don't understand why you're waiting room is so uncomfortable. A bench or bar stool height chairs where you can't even put your feet up take away from the experience of the neck wrap. Everyone was nice and professional and I would recommend it to friends but I would tell them about the waiting room.
