• Walking in the receptionist was very pleasant front very clean, products nicely displayed, hand made jewelry nice display. Sitting area warm and welcoming, comfortable. Paperwork for history, allergies etc was on an erasable board so once entered into computer just wipe clean therefore, no wasted paper ( I appreciate being earth friendly). Welcomed to go back offered to use the bathroom if needed, then into a room where the atmosphere was clean very warm welcoming feel. The Sap director softly spoken but audible explained what she needed me to do asked if I had any questions, concerns etc.. gave me ample time to change but not too much. The experience was so relaxing, pleasant no up sales pressure what so ever. Once finished I felt like I wanted to make that a regular part of my self care regimen. Definitely going back and will recommend to anyone that is interested. 10+++

• Massage was excellent. Front desk staff was super nice. Massage and bathroom were very nice. Overall just a great experience. I will be back.

• The massage therapist was extremely helpful with alleviating some neck pain that I had. She found all the right knots and was extremely therapeutic and kind. She was nice and quiet while I relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and overall just wonderful.
