I also appreciate their holistic approach to mind body wellness and considering all elements of how we care for ourselves. It's a little oasis in an unlikely spot. At my most recent visit I had an wonderful hot stone massage but I've enjoyed other services as well. I always feel I can take the time I need to relax and savor the experience afterward as well.
